Facility Charges

Service Fees & Event Payment

  • All booked, catered events have a 20% service fee assessed on the total facility charge, food, and beverages ordered. This fee is non-negotiable.
  • A 25% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking, based on the total estimated billing. The retainer applies to the total cost but is forfeited for a “No Show.”
  • The event date will not be held without receipt of the retainer.

Attendance Guarantees

  • A guaranteed attendance number is required 10 business days prior to the event.
  • If no guarantee is provided, billing will default to the original estimate. Additional guests will incur additional charges, and any menu alterations made within 24 hours of the event will be charged at twice the listed rate.

Liability

  • The Red Fox Supper Club & Lounge is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items brought onto the property.
  • Events are semi-private as the venue will remain open to the public.

Facility Use Charges

  • Dining Room Daytime (11:00 AM – 4:00 PM): $200 (3-hour use)
  • Dining Room Nighttime (4:00 PM – 8:30 PM): $400 (3-hour use)
  • Linen Charges: $2.75 per person
  • Cloth Napkins: $1.50 per person
  • Microphone & Speaker Podium Setup Fee: $20

All banquet quotes include the facility, set-up, tear-down, and linen charges. Billing is based on the final number of guests confirmed and the selected menu price, finalized at least 10 days prior to the event date.

Please note, the final guest count must be confirmed a minimum of 10 days before the event.
